This June WUJS brought a delegation of Jewish students to the Sephardic Jewish Latin American Forum in Essaouira, Morocco. The Forum was focusing on the “Sephardic Connection” between Northern Africa and Latin America.
WUJS President and activists of Jewish Student Unions in Mexico, Chile and Colombia took part in one of the Forum’s panel, discussing the future of Jewish life in Latin America. WUJS is very grateful to Mimouna Association for the invitation and giving Jewish students an opportunity to bring their perspective on the future of Sephardic Jewry.
